INFORMATION ON CAMPS
Day Camps provide your child with the chance to develop character, valuable life skills, make new friends and discover new interests.
Registration begins for all 4-H summer day camps and 4-H Camp Cherry Lake on Monday, April 27th at 8am, at the Taylor County Extension office. Day camps are held at the Taylor County Extension Office (old Forest Capital Hall). Day camps will be highlighted with various educational and recreational activities and most day camps will feature daily field-trips. Participating children should bring their lunch each day during camp, preferably in a small cooler. Cherry Lake Parent Camp Meeting:

4-H Camp Cherry Lake - June 22- June 26, 2009
This is a week long overnight camp for youth ages 8-12 held at 4-H Camp Cherry Lake near Madison, FL. 4-H Camp Counselors ages 13-16, who complete Counselor Training, can also attend camp. Youth from Taylor and Wakulla counties will be camping together during this week of camp.
During the week youth get the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities including: swimming, canoeing, archery, environmental education classes, recreation, skits, camp fire, fishing, dances, and more.
