Get Fit with 4-H

Taylor County 4-H is offering a 12 week program that focuses on nutrition and physical activity.  Get Fit with 4-H will provide easy to use tools and nutritional information that youth will be able to use on a daily basis.  Youth will meet once a week, at the 4-H office, to engage in physical activity, such as, walking, running, stretching, aerobics, yoga, nutrition, and healthy food preparation lessons.
